Description

Built four years ago to keep traffic off the Mountwood Lake dam, Tomahawk traverses a biologically interesting area at the bottom of a deep, steep-sided hollow. It passes along sandstone cliffs next to Walker Creek and crosses over a long wooden bridge to intersect with the Lake Trail just south of the dam. This is a beautiful area to ride or stop for a snack.
