Muddy, Fallen Trees: Western section of the trail is largely impassible. Temp bridges over the streams have all washed away. History

Access the community paved path from Caves Ct. Just after going down the steep part of the hill you'll come to a hard right hand turn on the paved path. Stop at that turn. You'll see two trails break into the woods. One makes a hard left and heads back parallel to the paved trail. The other trail breaks into the trees and down into the woods. Take this trail into the woods.

At the bottom of the dirt hill, take a right. Follows this portion of the trail. You'll parallel the creek on your left-hand side. As the trail bends to the right cross the creek when you see the fire "road" across the creek and slightly up the hill on your left side. Take a left on the fire "road" down toward the creek (a different section of the same creek which you just crossed) and cross the creek. once across the creek, take the trail to the right.

Follow the wide grassy section until you come to the pumping station. Around the right-hand side of the pumping station, you'll find the continuation of the trail. Along this part, you'll pass three or four shallow water crossings that are easily ride-able. There will be a section toward the end where the wide trail goes up towards some homes. The trail continues on the left you just need to look for it. A landmark here is a noticeable manhole sticking out of the ground.

Continue until you hit the road again which should be Gera Way.

Leaves are quite wet so it's hard to get traction, but other than that, it was fine. 0.9mi

Definitely challenging trying to find your way from Caves Ct. I finally figured out that you had to cross over the stream fairly close to the bottom of the hill at the end of Caves Ct. Once across the stream make sure you take the right on the access road and not the left as it will bring you back into the neighborhood. I would classify the water crossings as moderate. Nov 4, 2017
