Family Friendly Wide trail, good flow, short climbs.

No ATVs or motorized vehicles, no horses, and no riding in wet conditions. Hunting is not allowed in the bike park.

Description

Accessed from the Middle Gate from the Park's Entrance Road, this wide trail winds along the west shore of Stryker Lake. There are short climbs but the trail otherwise flows along with gentle hills and curves. At one point the trail arrives at a memorial for Dale Griffin, the soldier for whom the park is named, situated on a gorgeous spot with sweeping lake views. The West Lake Trail eventually joins the Perimeter Trail.
