This trail winds through native prairie and wooded draws with buffaloberry, snowberry, and green ash. The trail goes to the furthest reaches of the state park and one is likely to see white-tailed deer. The trail is shared with runners, hikers, and horseback riders. It starts and ends on the Bob-Tailed Bull Pass trail.
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
