This makes for a great ride without a lot of elevation gain or loss. There will be some cool exposure on some of the turns, so be prepared for an exciting ride regardless of the lack of elevation change. This trail has a sandy and rocky surface and some small obstacles where your pedals have to be in the right orientation to avoid getting stopped by rocks, but overall is doesn't require much advanced skill.
If you're looking for a photo opportunity, there are great evening views of the Book Cliffs and Mead's Wash from this trail.
