This trail is a good beginner trail. It has nice flowing sections but does not have any difficult technical sections.
This trail has very little elevation change, so if you do not want to get worn out on a tough climb, this is the trail for you. Surprisingly, although the trail lacks elevation change, there are sections that flow well and allow you to pick up a good amount of speed. Remember to always be mindful of your surroundings as this trail is utilized by runners and walkers too.
If ridden in the counter-clockwise direction, there is a hill and a wooden bridge at the bottom of the hill that you can get some air on. There is also a bypass for the bridge if you are not up to the challenge.
