Description

This trail starts at AT&T Cable Fire Road and winds through some open pine trees. This area of Groton Town Forest is more open than the rest of the forest.

It seems like there was a small forest fire a few years ago that burnt away most of the underbrush, leaving just the pines. There are a lot of pine needles covering the ground, especially in the bermed turns, so be careful not to slide out too much. The trail ends at Lawrence Lane.
