“A great singletrack ride through Sprockids Park.
”
This a great scenic trail through some beautiful forest. It connects to Hwy 102 and HWY 103 trails. It can be ridden from either direction, but is much more enjoyable going down than up. It connects to a number of other shorter, more technical trails. Technically, Sidewinder is a loop trail when combined with White Trail, but the route mapped is better for mountain bikers. The other half of the loop on White Trail is better for hikers going up Mt. Elphinstone. Follow the white diamonds on the trees and you'll stay on the right track. At the end of Sidewinder, you can hop onto White Trail to descend to the Sprokids Park parking lot.
