“Remote and picturesque high meadow singletrack off of the Continental Divide.
”
Little Eightmile Trail runs along the prominent ridge between Goat Mountain and the ponds at the upper end of the Little Eightmile drainage before dropping past a lake and settling in to the creek bottom.
This is great back country riding; expect huge and remote views, wildlife sightings and primitive trail. The trail sees little use and can be difficult to find - come prepared w/ a GPX track.
This trail is most commonly ridden as a leg of a shuttle with the CDT from Bannack Pass or the Comm Site on Grizzly Hill.
