Do not swim/wade in any of the water in this area. This water is the water supply for the city of Manchester and human contact with water is prohibited.

Description

The second longest trail at FOMBA, Long Trail has many steep technical areas that are very tough, along with some smoother sections. Overall, this is a nice, fun, and challenging trail.
