Description

Ride this trail from Morgan Ave uphill. It starts off Morgan dirt road to the right with some soft and technical spots that can be steep. Go three-quarters of the way up and then go on Ridge Runner for the last bit up to the Table Rocks area then loop around.

The top quarter of Deerslayer is downhill only. The first 1,000 feet include a drop and jump through a very fast section, before it mellows out and joins the Ridge Runner traverse. Take Ridge Runner on a slight right over to Strawberry Field Roundabout and the top of Recess Trail. Some people enjoy riding Deerslayer all the way downhill. The bottom three-quarters heading downhill are technical with some soft spots, again, but nothing too challenging.
