You can follow the route from La Carolina. Reaching Pantano Negrois a steep descent, and you have to do it carefully.
Depending on the season, you may have to walk the bike at certain sections. This path also includes several river crossings.
A great trail that is strongly recommended!

Se puede seguir tranquilamente la ruta desde La Carolina, llegando a Pantano negro hay un descenso con pendiente pronunciada, que hay que realizarlo con sumo cuidado.
Depende la poca del ao, puede que haya que caminar con la bici. Se realizan tambin varios cruces de ro.
