The upper portion of the Serenity trail is some of the most fun singletrack at Solitude. You can ride it in either direction, but going down is a favorite.
There is one section through some loamy & rooty turns that have some short 2ft wood ramp to assist climbing or decending. They can be intimidating for an intermediate rider, but with a low gear and some a couple of quick consistent pedal strokes, riders can successfully climb them without dismounting.
The upper portion intersects with Queen Bess Connector
on the upper portion and with Raptor Road
at the very top.
