Description

The intersection of the Seven Summits Trail with the gravel Old Cascade Highway marks the beginning of the end of the Seven Summits ride. From here you can cruise back to Rossland by turning left (north) onto the Old Cascade Highway, but most will want to proceed across the road and descend Dewdney Trail, which is singletrack. It emerges onto B.C. Highway 22, a/k/a the Paterson-Trail Highway, south of Rossland.

Fun, long downhill. New sections are nice. Enough technical to work on your skills but not too difficult that it is not doable. 5mi
