The upper section is a semi-flat section with lots of rocks and roots.
The middle is a little harder that the upper section with more downhill to it, but overall a great, flat, rocky trail.
The lower section is a very fast and flowing, long downhill with a flat section before you climb out to pavement.
Some sections have large rocks to ride over or around.
