Mount Seymour is home to diverse terrain and multi-use trails. Access is free and the area can be shuttled. Bikes are only allowed on designated trails.

Description

Beginning directly across from the Salvation exit, Pingu is a fast, fun, and flowy trail with berms, turns, and rocks. Add in some optional drops and kickers, including some inside lines, and Pingu's difficulty is fairly scalable. Pingu exits onto the Baden Powell Trail directly across from Pangor, which makes a good follow up.
