The park is open to hunting, be respectful of other users. Riders will encounter hunting activities in the fall and also in spring turkey season. It is discouraged to ride during hunting seasons and wet periods. Laurel Run Trail and the eastern portion of Ridge Top Trail are closed to biking.

Description

Located on the southwestern portion of the park/lake, this trail contains lots of climbing through forested areas.

Starting at Point I, riders can expect lots of steep non-technical climbs and fast flowing downhills (3-4 grueling climbs). The final approach to the spillway of the dam heads down a steep downhill taking you below the spillway. Crossing below the spillway, across Yellow Creek, expect wet feet most of the year. The trail heads back along the lakeshore to Point I.
