A super-fun loop with a little bit of something for everyone.

Adopt These Trails!

Overview

Fun climbs with technical obstacles, hairpin turns, and switchbacks followed by a rolling cross-country style section. The descent on crispy bacon is fun, with well-cut banked turns and rock obstacles in some of the lower sections.

Description

You can park in the neighborhood on kings row, and go through the alley to the trailhead. It is slightly hidden but you should be able to find it. Use the MTB Project mobile app if you're struggling.

Climb the singletrack towards Halo Trail from the parking area and take Halo to the right from the doubletrack and follow it counter-clockwise. Continue on Halo until you come to an intersection with Halo to your right and an unmarked singletrack to your left/straight.

Continue on the singletrack to the west until you come upon an intersection for Bacon Strip and Crispy Bacon. Hang a left and head south on Crispy Bacon back to the Kings Row Trailhead.

Enjoy!

Hot but fun! I think I might reverse the ride and do crispy bacon first then ride into halo.

Ride this loop the other way. Crispy bacon is a lackluster downhill. The Halo trail was a fun climb but would be a more fun descent. 8.5mi — 9h 30m
