Description

This is the only section of the Ouachita National Recreation Trail currently open to mountain biking. Please respect these boundaries. We hope to include more in the future.

This is a hiking trail which allows mountain biking through remote sections of the Ouachita Mountains. Expect some off the bike traversing but also some fun downhills along the way.

On the western end, lodging, camping and dining are available at Queen Wilhelmina State Park. The trail also connects with the Womble Trail - IMBA Epic in Montgomery County. This area is used as part of the Ouachita Challenge Mountain Bike Race.

The electric mountain bike is better for those riders whose has interest in the mountain ride. This bike has designed according to the riders. Because, by this purpose, they can ride and handle it very easily. The riders can also charge the battery of the bike, when they want. So, may be, we do appreciate for this bike and get trail on it, they we know very well about it. Best Mountain Bike Under : $500 http://empiremountainbikes.com/ Sep 28, 2015

I just returned from the Western end of the ONRT in Okla. and look forward to bikepacking all sections of the trail asap. I'm really glad to learn the Arkansas side has another 108 miles open. Thank you for this contribution. Jan 3, 2017
