This trail system has it all. Trails are set in a forest of oaks on the banks of lake Thunderbird . Some good climbs, sand traps, rocks and roots. The trail is well maintained and expansive. Mostly good ol Oklahoma red clay, good and fast. Trail drains well for the most part there are a few seep springs on the blue trail that can be avoided by taking the bypass.
Need To Know
Can get buggy in the summer. DEET!
The green trail is all "green" easy. This is the easiest trail in the system. Yellow connects the green to the red and is mostly just like the green, but with a few places you can build some speed. Red is a great trail with some good short climbs that reward you. Table Top is on the red trail, a steep short technical climb. Once on top a drop off to the right is the treat for the climb. Definitely look before dropping off this. There is a bypass on top if you chicken out and around at the bottom, if you don't think you can make the rock garden garden climb to the Table top. The bypass will test you as well. This section is the hardest part of all trails west of the two track. East of the two track is the Blue and Gold trails. All difficult trail obstacles will have a bypass in this system. A trail system for All..
