Park closes at dusk. Don't ride mud.
Description
This trail get's called two different names depending on who you talk to. Originally this trail was named Renegade and only went as far as the stream crossing, but once it grew it has now became known as Nacho Mama. This name has grown over the past few years to mean "Not your" trail, as this is an unmaintained trail by DNR. As such, it is an intermediate trail featuring numerous 8" or smaller logs. Additionally, there is a skinny log to practice on at the entrance. If you're looking for an extra challenge, ride the mud crossing consisting of multiple obstacles.
There used be a crazy ravine crossing, which now has a 12" wide bridge. Just commit, and you'll be able to cross it. Please do not remove the logs on this trail, or make them easier. This trail is maintained to be a bit harder. There is another trail adjacent to this one which goes the same direction and is the easier trail (i.e.
Rockburn).
To get to this trail enter at the Southern Landing Road entrance and turn right onto the
Rockburn Trail. Take
Rockburn Trail for about 100', then turn left onto Nacho Mama / Renegade. There are no bail out options on this trail, so follow it all the way to Belmont Woods Road. Cross over Belmont Road, and you'll eventually dead end into the
Rockburn Trail again.
