Description

Winding singletrack in Montour Woods, this trail is named for the Hemlock trees surrounding it. It's also one of the longest trails in Montour Woods.

Hemlocks Trail connects the upper section of the Nike Trail to the river valley at the Cave Trail. The rolling singletrack along this trail is great. However, you can also connect up with the Hemlocks Trail before the descent via the Highlands Trail, which is a bit easier of a ride.
