Rocky Brashear

Overview

No motorized vehicles on singletrack.

Description

Section 3 features the longest descent of the entire system. You'll be treated to a flow style trail with a few technical features. Some alternate lines have been developed, but those aren't for the feint of heart!

The trail descends through Black Oak, open prairies, and old growth Douglas Fir stands. There is a rocky overlook next to the trail system that has a 200 ft vertical drop on one side and epic views of the recreation area. From the bottom of the trail it is recommended to ride or drive back up Mid-Slope Road to Pine Ridge Trail.
