Complete trail riding experience in a small package.”
— Eric Ashley
Galbraith Mountain is privately owned but trails are created and maintained by WMBC. Galbraith is open to non-motorized users except for hunting and fishing. The area is an ongoing site for logging operations so visitors should be on the lookout for temporary trail closures. Trails are multi-use; expect traffic in both directions and yield to hikers and equestrian users.
El Pollo Elastico offers the whole trail riding package in surprisingly little mileage. This Rubber Chicken is a one-way trail dishing up narrow berms, a little climbing, roots and rocks, two rock-slab-rolls, and a couple of kickers.
Generally longer segments of descents are followed by a short climb before repeating. If the trail splits, the right side provides the easier option.
