A slightly tougher loop at Lake Crabtree Park

Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day,

Description

Loop 3 is a bit tougher than Highland Trail 1 and Highland Trail 2. It has more roots, some small steep climbs and a few sharp switchbacks which can be a challenge.

Most people ride the northern portion of loop 3 as part of an outer lap of the park. The southern part of Loop 3 does not get as much traffic and may offer some singletrack solitude if the park is crowded. Change up your normal lap of the park and explore!
