Description

Parking at the trailhead off Forest Road, from there Green Trail and Brown trail begin. Brown is the easiest in the park, just 2.5 miles of mostly doubletrack and fire road with only a touch of wider than average singletrack.

Going CW it begins with a small climb, but after that it's mostly flat with just some mild grades. The trail is well marked and passes through a nice forest and by an overgrown meadow and then down a fire road for a fast downhill finish. Nothing technical and very few roots or rocks.

The trail is mostly a sandy gravel, but there is little or no actual sand to bog you down and is fairly hard packed the whole way.

Brown Trail meets up with the Green Trail about 2 miles in, which eventually takes you back to the parking lot. The easiest way back to the parking lot would be to take Plantation Trail to Forest Road.
