Description

Jody's Loop (or Jody's Nugget) begins on the north side of Crown Point Road 100 yards east of the gate. The trail climbs to and traverses counterclockwise around the western ridge line between Crown Point Road and Peninsula Road. The trail doubles back on itself, finishing at Balfonz Blitz; which is essentially an extension of Jody's Loop.

The trail passes several junctions on the right side with Crown Point-Jody's Loop Connector, Crossover and finally Riechl's Retreat at the northern apex of the trail. It then hairpins back to the south. At a marker post indicating the beginning of Balfonz Blitz, there is a short connection to the left back to the eastern leg of the loop.
