Generally a rooty and sandy singletrack with some nice, quick elevation changes, switchbacks and bridges. Two laps around would be a nice 10 mile workout. $2/day entry fee to the park. Watch for runners - they outnumber the bikers.
There are several other trails in the park as well, but this is the best. Ask for a map at the gate.
