Description

Beginning at the junction with Trail #275 and descending along Gold Center Creek down to Forest Rd. 3319. A fun singletrack route down Grandmother Mountain, the trail has a few places that are moderately rough and technical. However, as you descend from the alpine into the cedar covered forest below, the trail becomes more fast and flowy. The trail begins to gradually widen towards the bottom where it eventually links up with Gold Center Creek with huge cedars all around.

Park at the end of Forest Rd. 3319 and ride up Forest Rd. 301 to the trailhead at Marks Butte Tr. 275 and follow the trail for 1.1 miles to the junction with #251 to create the Grandmother Mountain Loop .
