The upper part can be wet or snowbound and icy in the winter. It does dry out quickly on most of the trail.

Description

This trail can be nice and tacky early season, but will get loose by the end of the season. From the top, the trail starts out very steeply until you hit Watchman Trail. From Watchman Trail down there are a bunch of quick ups and large water bars and some steep sections. Once you cross the creek the trail mellows out and is a moderate climb to Trail #5 or Trail #4.

Trail 6 can be ridden by itself or combined to make some great loops. The trail gets the most use from Watchman Trail down, so you can really open it up on the steep sections.

The trail is a motorcycle trail so keep an ear open for motorized users.
