Description

This section of Red Loop starts at the parking lot and passes the graveyard to your left, as soon as it starts downhill be careful not miss the turn it will be on your right.

This section is nicknamed "BatCave" because the tree canopy makes it feel like you are riding through a tunnel.

You'll travel north and begin to climb slightly until you come to a fork in the Trail if continue north it will lead to the blue trail, to stay on the red trail you'll turn sharply to your left and start one of the fastest and most technical portions of this fairly easy trail.

The next intersection you'll come to will only be a few meters downhill from where you left the main trail to ride "Bat Cave". Make a right and soon you'll come to a small bridge crossing a wet weather creek bed, or if dry you can cross the creek bed directly.

As soon as you cross look ahead and make sure to take another right away from the main trail this Loop will take you past the bomb disposal area you'll also pass a grassy area where deer love to sleep at night, be vigilant if riding early in the morning or your Go Pro deer collision video could be all over youtube! shortly after this you'll come to another two other forks in the trail stay left on both of them. the first will take you to the Barn and the second one takes you to the dry creek bed.

This final portion of this loop is flowy and fun but over quickly!

Find a way to link this section of trail into your riding it's a great warm up to any ride!
