Bonanza trail connects from High Street in Breckenridge to Hermit Placer trail; however, below Goldflake Terrace, there is a set of stone stairs, making this lower section unpassable on a bike. This description is from Pine Street to Hermit Placer.

Look for an electric transformer and Town of Breckenridge trail marker post along Pine Street, south of Hermit Placer trail. Climb through a neighborhood, crossing Stillson Placer Terrace (a paved roadway) twice to the Flume Trail: Hermit Placer.

The trail is a somewhat easier climb than Hermit Placer, making this a decent alternative to that trail if utilizing Pine Street for creating loops in Breck.
