Previously know as Flat Creek Trail, this fun descent is a great trail and a nice introduction to Oakridge riding. The machine-built top section feels like a pumptrack in the woods with many many features, endless rollers, small tables and bermed turns.
You'll get a good workout, especially if you're trying to maintain your speed through sections of rolling terrain (it's probably better to pedal casually till the descent comes back). There are some good options to double select rollers, but probably don't go for a triple.
A few road-crossings later, brings riders into a section of thinned woods where the singletrack stretches away into the distance. This section is fast, really fast, and loads of fun! Watch for blown corners during the summer as it's easy to overcook your speed. The singletrack will eventually work out to an exposed sidehill that will keep you on your toes as you race by.
The bottom section of the trail travels through a creek zone and is less steep and more casual. This makes a nice cool down on the way down to the road.
