Description

This trail rides equally well in both directions. Try both to find your preference. It's one of the first trails to dry out and last trails to be hit with snow, making it a great early season trail. The trail is along mostly open sagebrush hillsides. There's a small tree section towards the Southern TH and another one at the end on the Northern TH.

The trail is exposed to the elements so it's not as smooth as other Horseshoe trails. The center section is made up of small gravel which can be pretty loose when really dry conditions exist. The trail provides sweeping views of the Teton Range. It has a mostly XC up and down feel to it.
