Easy, short, mostly flat.
Combined outer loops of the Frater Lake trails plus combined outer loops of the Lake Leo trails. These are cross-country ski trails that make excellent mountain biking trails. Not a whole lot of elevation gain, but mostly singletrack in excellent shape. This loop uses the outer loops but a variety of different rides can be had by mixing up the loops. Coyote loop is the most technical section of the trail. Recommended to ride loop in counter-clockwise direction but can easily be done either way.
Minor portions of the loop are on ORV trails but have never encountered motorcycles. Always an enjoyable ride.
None.....other than snow comes early at this location.

The Frater Lake Trail system includes a series of loop trails. The 1.8 Tiger Loop follows the southern and eastern shores of Frater Lake. The 2.8 Lake Leo Trail and the 1.7 Lions Tail Trail are shorter loops. A picnic area and warming cabin are located near Frater Lake. The cabin is open all year and is available for day use only.
