Description

The lower section of trail is accessible through the winter. The spring season offers a variety of wildflowers, and autumn holds a spectacular array of color. This popular trail follows Larison Cove, on Hills Creek Reservoir, and then Larison Creek, through lush, green vegetation. The trail winds through old growth Douglas-fir, western hemlock, western red cedar, incense cedar, vine maple, big leaf maple, ferns, salal and ceanothus on the drier sites.
