Technical marathon XC course with a white knuckle decent down Cream Puff trail.

Adopt These Trails!

Overview

The race is approximately 37 km in length, boasting a lung busting 101 switchback long pristine singletrack climb. This is not your typical XC race. The NIMBY Fifty is what we refer to as a technical marathon xc bike race which means it is absolutely loaded with incredible singletrack.

This variation on the 2014 course finishes with a (accidental wrong turn...) decent down the Cream Puff trail.

Description

This ride should be done clockwise up the switchbacks to start. This is full throttle bottom gear technical climbing. In other words, typical British Columbia Lower Mainland climbing. This loop is a great way to explore some of the trails Pemberton has to offer.

The Cream Puff trail is considered a single black diamond by BC standards. Depending on where you are from, this is very intimidating steep technical slick rock decent. If you are comfortable with that this is a amazing trail.
