Description

This trail was used as a training trail for an IMBA trail building course. It is smooth and flowy with amazing views of the lake and town site of Elkwater. The entrance to this trail is not very well marked and is located about 100 meters up the trail on Horseshoe Canyon Trail.

It's a side loop that will take you around a straight and boring climbing section at the bottom of Horseshoe Canyon Trail. It has almost full exposure to sunlight so it is one of the first trails to open for mountain biking in the spring and one of the first to dry when it rains.
