Elings has a variety of trails from the beginner to advanced rider. The most popular trail in the park is probably the downhill trail on the south side of the park. This trail was built and used for a number of years in races at the Santa Barbara Bike Fest. It contains a number of sharp turns, jump features, and other obstacles. This trail is the one fond on the map here.

Elings is a place to just choose a trail and see where it goes. The park is small so it is very difficult to get lost. Most people will complete a number of up and down loops here and get a great workout in the process.
