Urban Assualt Ride West of El Dorado Hills

Adopt These Trails!

Overview

This ride starts at the EDH Library and takes advantage of the urban trails in El Dorado Hills and Folsom. It's typically ridden in the clockwise direction.

Description

Follow the trails to the EDH sign and drop down to the old golf course. Pick back up the dirt at the top of Saratoga Way and work your way down to Empire Ranch. Climb past the plastic deer and over to Siberhorn to follow the bike path to Raleys and Dike 8. Follow the trail to Wild Oaks, New York Creek and back to the library. There are many bailout options, or it can be linked with other loops in the area for a GUAR!

Dry - If You were determined, you could pull this ride off, but I started at the top of Saratoga way towards folsom. I had to cross many private property and no trespassing signs as well as construction barricades. There's a new road paved across the trail before it drops into Broadstone, and track homes being built where it drops into broadstone.i ended up turning around after a 2 miles.
