Description

This trail begins by a burned log with Guaje Ridge etched in it about 3/4 of the way up Pipeline Road. It is a fast and twisty descent until you reach the intersection of the Mitchell Trail about half way down. From here there is a short climb and then the trail continues descending down to the top of Cabra and the 3 bears.

This lower portion of the trail is technical and rough, with a fair amount of NM locust growing close in on the trail. Beware, this bush will rip you to shreds like a wet cat. Total descent on this trail is nearly 2200'.
