Description

Traditionally done as a shuttle starting at Monarch Pass. Either do your own or contact one of the many shuttle services offered out of Poncho Springs.

Green's Creek is technical rider's dream. The upper section is steep, wet, and rocky with the lower section being more about the flow and speed through tight aspen trees. Bring your long travel fork, dropper seat post and let it rail!

Start at Monarch Pass and ride the first 6.7 miles of the traditional Monarch Crest route. After a loose and rocky down hill above treeline the trail will reenter the woods and you'll have a small meadow on the left. Just beyond this meadow in the trees is Green's Creek to the left. A small shelter also marks this intersection.
