“A challenging mix of steep and rocky with sections of modest flow.
”
This is a mixture of some relatively easy flowing trail with very challenging rocks and rooty drop-offs. In the uphill direction, it's an expert trail, while in the downhill direction, it's closer to intermediate.
The bottom of Bitter End is essentially at the same level of the parking lot, just north of the Toboggan run off the Oh Chute Trail. It winds uphill past the end of Tempest and ends in one of the later sections of the 22 Tacks Trail.

Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
