Description

Benson Run Road (also known as USFS Rd 173) starts in the Deerfield Valley. The fire road is the connection to the Shenandoah Mountain Trail for the Southern Traverse - IMBA Epic. The road starts out mellow at first and then climbs at a nice steady grade to a saddle that intersects the Shenandoah Mountain Trail.
