Description [Suggest Changes]

This ride grinds you up Trail J - Reuter Springs, a Cat 3 climb by road biking standards - add the rocky terrain it and makes it even harder. But we are out for that kinda ride.

Once you cross the summit of the climb and across the Sandpit trail, follow the singletrack around past the cow wallow to Upper Ogden where you'll find a great descent through aspens, oaks, and pine. Be cautious for beetle killed pines.. You swiftly descend through curvy sweeping trail to the bridge at Ogden Creek. Ride across and then head up the road on the fire road. It's a climb and it switchbacks up and along areas with raspberry, thimble berry, and occasional mountain lions. There are old abandon mines along the road as well.

It then pops out to Warren Peak highway, where you'll head south back to the Sandpit trail. You'll then take part of the trail you came across near the cow wallow and get on Sandpit, heading down the road to the Junction of Bitch Pitch, you descend quickly into Bitch Pitch and then swing to the left to hit the Reuter trial where you had already climbed, with a roaring descent to the parking lot. Watch for hikers, and equestrian and the other users.
