Need to Know

**Access to this trail via the Gondola mid-station requires the purchase of a XC or bike park pass to ride during Telluride Bike Park Operating days/hours. For 2021, that is 9 AM - 5 PM, 7 days/week (Monday - Sunday), June 19 - September 19 daily and weekends only September 25 - October 3. Pass must be purchased online or at the Mountain Village ticket window.

Free access to this trail ONLY before 9 AM and after 5 PM when the bike park is open.

Description

Leave from the top of the gondola and go straight on the Coonskin Loop. Before you reach the top of Chair 4, take a sharp left on See Forever until you reach the wooden staircases. Hike-a-Bike on the stairs for about 200 ft and then start on the 2.5 mile climb up See Forever. This trail will take you past Chair 9, the Ski Patrol Hut, the Tempter House and Alpino Vino. Bust out one last steep climb and find the trail on the left side of the road just before the top of Chair 14 (Gold Hill). This is a very scenic spot that looks over all of Bear Creek and Revelation Bowl.

This trail has one section of hikers only, so walk your bike where signs say hikers only. This ride also has a ton of climbing above tree line. It is best ridden as access to Bear Creek, specifically See Forever/Wasatch Connection Loop.
