One of the more challenging downhills at Harmony. It takes you down and across two peaks of the nature area, then through winding forest until you eventually meet up with the paved trail. Several turn offs allow for you to reach the paved trail sooner, or take the alternate trail as well.
Both peaks are rocky. The first features a sharp turn, but as the ground is flat it requires just more technical riding or a slower speed. The second peak has a shortcut where newer riders can ride up and cut across a much friendlier track. Taking the official trail winds you along the outside of the peak on singletrack with a sharp drop to your right and shale and other rocks on the trail itself.
Once past the second peak, the trail is mostly a dirt singletrack until reaching lower sections. Several sharp turns and root sections, a sharp drop to your right, and one large rock jutting out of the hill (on a turn) make the downhill both technically interesting and more scary for new riders.
Hikers often walk up this trail, as do some other riders, so please be aware that others are on the trail with you. Strava has this trail listed as a segment, but please wait until the foliage is thinner (and you can see ahead) before attempting any speed runs.
