The most technical trail in BV end to end.

Jason Lampenrider

Overview

Features: -none-
Dogs: Leashed

Description

Broken Boyfriend was BV's first foray into the modern age of trail construction. Expect some real challenge in terms of technical skill. The trail does not include a significant amount of climbing; just enough to make the tech more difficult.

In general, BV trails feature a lot of dangerous, skin-peeling rock. Knee and elbow pads recommended!

This trail is getting a southerly extension and will be mapped as soon as possible.

BBF links Midland to Midland providing a short loop option from town. Catch the trail either at the top of North Loop (6030) or South Loop. Climb briefly, then eat your Wheaties for some techy fun!

Was in excellent condition even after receiving 4-6" of snow the day before. Today was beautiful and riding with temps in the mid-40's it was perfect 1.5mi

Very balanced ride with short punchy inclines and short usually technical drops throughout the trail. Makes for fun riding that constantly toggles between climbs and drops feels like a mini roller coaster that you want to lap over and over again. Nov 16, 2017
