Description

The trail is very well marked. Leave the parking lot and travel a short distance before crossing Monkey Run street. Then the trail direction is counter-clockwise.

There are lots of roots, tight singletrack, and small hills. You'll occasionally see other riders but chances are they are over a mile away from you. It's a very good use of the small plot of land!

First time out on trails so we stopped a lot and took short brakes. Fun trail for an intro to mountain biking. 10mi

Great trail that starts moderate but with unique and interesting technical challenges. The back half of the trail becomes black diamond with steep up

Mostly dry with a few slick corners after the rain. Downed tree just before the 9.5 mile marker.

Getting forecast...

This course is very technical in the sense of windy tight single track with some jumps over downed trees. Very flat(ish) and no real place to go FAST. If you enjoy climbing and then coasting, this isn't the trail for you. Jul 10, 2014
