Description

This is the trail to do if you only have time for a little taste of Mrazek. Access the trail from Shevlin Park trailhead. You know you are on Mrazek as soon as you reach the hairpin turn and start climbing.

It's only a short climb, filled with a good amount of rocky, technical sections (yep, the wonderful Oregon lava rock). Oh, did I mention there are 2-3 additional hairpins mixed in that technical? Sooooo fun. (This section can be walked, and the remaining Lower Mrazek becomes an intermediate ride).

In less then 10 minutes, you plateau out, then just a gradual climb, full of fun twisty, smooth turns. Turn around when you want. The down is a blast, especially that short technical section.

For the full North Fork to Mrazek Ride you'll want to start at Tumalo Falls and end at Shevlin Park (or Rd 4606/Skyliner), then car shuttle back.
